310 Responds to all emergencies from the Central Station throughout the
City. Providing support to other stations 310 carries a full compliment of
auto extrication equipment including TNT Spreaders, Cutters, Rams, Air Bags,
Air Chisel, Confined Space Rescue Equipment, High Angle Rope Rescue
Equipment, EMS, Thermal Imaging Cameras and extra SCBA bottles. The mobile
Command Post for the Fire Department is located in the walk-in portion of
the apparatus. There the Incident Commander can send and receive faxes, go
on the internet, have phone access, multiple radio capabilities and review
emergency plans out of inclement weather.
